The Université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, which is part of the Trans-Pyrenean Biomedical Research Network (Refbio), is organising a two-day visit to its technology platforms with the aim of strengthening the exchange between the network’s researchers and cooperation in the field of Health Sciences.
The activity will take place on 24 and 25 February and includes visits to the oncological campus, to the metabolomics and fluxomics platform, to the Advanced Technology Institute in Life Sciences (ITAV) and to the Institute of Pharmacology and Structural Biology, amongst others.
The Université Paul Sabatier-Toulouse is a prestigious scientific research centre in France, specialising in life sciences and sports technology, amongst other fields.
The aim of the visits is to foster knowledge and exchange between scientists who are working at any of the eight research centres that are part of the Refbio network.
The courses are free of change and registration is now closed.

Refbio is a project to create a Trans-Pyrenean Biomedical Research Network, with the aim of becoming a benchmark network in the areas on either side of the Pyrenees to promote competitive research projects at a European level.
Refbio is an initiative that is part of the 2007-2013 Spain-France-Andorra Territorial Cooperation Operational Programme (POCTEFA), which will be extended to November 2014, when the network will be formalised.
